TCAP Handover Does Not Work Anymore After Installing Patch 29486327 (Doc ID 2537634.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OC NCC/NCC) 6.0.1, after installing patch 29486327 containing the fix for the problem described in Doc ID 2522028.1, when receiving InitialDP (SK=132, Camel Voice MO - the CFW to Voice Mail (VM) ) message (IDP), the call plan processing the call in Advanced Control Services(ACS) initiates a Tcap handover feature node (THFN) which is supposed to loop the IDP via the STP back to the Intelligent Network (IN) but the RAP interface.

The problem is that there is no message sent to the STP. However, the feature node sequence THFN-1065,END-1066 indicate that the THFN exit taken means 'successful'.
