Symptoms
On : 2.3.0.1.0 version,
Voltage Checks on RTUs for FLISR Automatic Mode
Project has requested to add following additional checks before processing FLISR operation in automatic mode:
1. Faulted device tripped and an RDO is created on a Feeder in Automatic FLISR Mode
2. FLISR should Scan all the RTUs of the faulted feeder and check for Voltage Measurements-
a. IF Voltage Measurements are not present ( for example points not added on RTUs), FLISR will demote to Manual Mode
b. IF Voltage Measurements are present and above the configured MIN_VOLTAGE threshold, FLISR will abort
c. IF Voltage Measurements are present and below the configured MIN_VOLTAGE threshold, FLISR will continue its processing in Automatic Mode.
