Users Cannot Run Exportmeasure on a Subdomain when Exporting from an Open Workbook (Doc ID 2537852.1)

Symptoms

The user receives the "Cannot run exportMeasure on a subdomain" error when exporting HBI (Higher Base Intersection) measures from an open workbook.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Create an HBI measure.
2. Create a workbook with HBI measure.
3. Open a workbook from a local domain.
4. While the workbook is opened, run the following command:

where $local_domain_path is the path to the local domain and $HBImeasurename is the measure in the workbook, txxxxx is the workbook name.

Notice that the "Error: Cannot run exportMeasure on a subdomain" occurs.
