SCD Task Appears Successful in UI but Report Shows FAILED with ORA-30926 Error in Log File

Symptoms
On 8.0.5 version, when attempting to run SCD task from Batch Monitor, UI screen is showing successful, but the target table is not updated and SCD log shows Processing Status FAILED.
Also the following error occurs.

ERROR Message: ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
Error code: 30926

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Operations:
2. Define a batch including a task using parameter (Executable scd,133; Wait N; Batch Parameter Y) from 'Batch Maintenance' UI.
3. Run above defined SCD task from 'Batch Execution' UI.
