Lookup Field Values not Loading Properly via Back Button (Doc ID 2538380.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) v2.6.0.1.0, Lookup field values not loading properly when back button is clicked. This happens specifically when it is mapped to business service.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When back button is clicked, those lookup values get emptied out and if anything is selected at first, that shows up as invalid value in data explorer filter text.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------------
When back button is clicked, we expect the lookup values to be populated based on the business service it is linked to. Data Explorer filter text should have valid value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Search in the UI and navigate to the next page
2. Click on the back button near history
3. Lookup fields mapped to BS are emptied out and the one where filter was applied shows as Invalid value

This may not happen when Patch 29249075 exist in the environment. However following issue may still occur:
1. Go to Data Explorer with drop down
2. Select a value in the drop down and other filter criteria and click on search button. Results are displayed
3. Now navigate to another page.
4. Click back and come on the previous data explorer page
