'FAILED TO FORMAT TRANSACTION ID' Error When Accessing Backoffice Reports

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Backoffice, Reports under the 'Exceptions' sub tab (Suspended Transactions Report, Cancelled and Post Voided Report and No Sales Report) are either not showing any data or are showing only partial data. Following is the error shown in Back Office log:
Steps to Reproduce:
Apply <Patch 29555773>
1. Complete the following transactions in POS
a. No Sale
b. Suspended Transaction
c. Cancel and Post Void transaction
2. In BO, run the Post Processor
3. Select Reports > Exceptions > Suspended Transactions Report, Cancelled and Post Voided Report and No Sales Report
