F1-LDAP updates user default values for existing users contrary to published documentation

We changed an attribute on an existing user in C2M, for example the homepage. Then ran the F1-LDAP batch sync process, the update made was overwritten with the default attribute found in the lapdef.xml file.

The Ldap Import documentation states explicitly that default values will only  be used on new user accounts created and not update existing user accounts.
It was discovered that the default value is used both in add and update, it is a bug.
