P6 Mobile App Fails to Connect Using Android Phone

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to access the Team Member mobile app, from an Android phone using SSL connection, the connection fails with one of these messages:
- "P6 Has Stopped. Close App or Send Feedback Option"
- "App Session Expired, Login again"
- "Could not connect to server"
