'Input request field Geocode Latitude has an invalid value' Due To Extra Characters In Geocode Value (Doc ID 2540008.1)

Goal

M2-MaintainUtilityActByHost used to work fine with MWM v2.2. It appears that Carriage Return and Line Feed special character were in the Latitude and Longitude fields ever since installing MWM v2.2 and no issues were encountered. MWMv2.2 appears to have stripped out (or disregarded) the CRLF characters. After installing MWM v2.3 we see the error below. Is this expected behavior for MWM v2.3?
