BOM Item Is Exported But Does Not Appear in the UI

There is a BOM item that is exported in the export file, but does not appear in the BOM tab of the Item through Client UI.
BOM item that is exported to the export file to appear in the Client UI as well
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Web Client
- Open the Item with problem BOM
- Goto BOM tab
- Actions > Export, and export to Excel file
- Open Excel file. See there is a BOM item which is not visible in the BOM tab
- When running below sql on agile database schema, can see that the record returns with component=0
SELECT * FROM BOM WHERE ITEM_NUMBER='<BOM item number found in step 5'>;
Note: BOM with COMPONENT=0 means that the BOM item was manually added through UI, however corresponding item still does not exist in the database. Such BOM item should appear in the client UI with the question mark
