ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OUTA - BillSegmentAdd component is not working.

User tried to add a bill segment in a test flow with “C1-BIllSegmentAdd” component and we are getting errors in response xml. user did the same manually by entering the same values that user had in the databank and it added bill segment successfully. user deleted manually created one in CCB application and then tried with OUTA but still had errors.
