Goal
When attaching large files Control central freezes after loading fil.e
When a sufficiently large attachment is uploaded from the browser, the weblogic server runs out of memory and shuts down.
The running out of memory is detected by the weblogic server as a panic condition causing it to shutdown and exit.
This requires a manual restart of the weblogic server.
