Error encountered in CILCPERP
We created a custom business service that references the base CILCPERP service program. However, we are encountering the error below when there are exactly 50 records in the C1_PER_CONTDET table for the person. If the number of records is 49, the error does not occur.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Custom business service referencing base service program is used Submit the IWS request
2. Error is encountered indicating that the maximum number of rows is exceeded for the person contacts.
3. However, there are exactly 50 records in the C1_PER_CONTDET table for the person which means the error should not have been triggered.
