Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) version 12.0.2.0.0, it is not possible to copy a DATE profile tag to an INTEGER profile tag. The target INTEGER profile tag ends up with 0 being stored.

It can be seen that the original source profile is correct:
00 00 00 00 5C C2 F4 BD = 1556280509 = Friday, April 26, 2019 12:08:29 PM GMT
which matches the timestamp of the debug.
