On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) version 188.8.131.52.0, it is not possible to copy a DATE profile tag to an INTEGER profile tag. The target INTEGER profile tag ends up with 0 being stored.
If debug is enabled, the following can be observed:
It can be seen that the original source profile is correct:

which matches the timestamp of the debug.
