Unable To Delete Lab Data From A Specific Case

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User is unable to delete Lab Data from a case under the Patient tab
User removed all date, results, and test information.
Saved the case.
The system displays a warning:
User clicks OK to exit the warning.
Case shows the "Saved Successfully" message
All deleted lab data reappears
This issue occurs regardless of removing all lab data or a single entry on this case
