Unable To Delete Lab Data From A Specific Case (Doc ID 2541066.1)

User is unable to delete Lab Data from a case under the Patient tab

User removed all date, results, and test information.
Saved the case.

The system displays a warning:

The following lab data(s) shall be removed as there is no result exist for them...

User clicks OK to exit the warning.

Case shows the "Saved Successfully" message

All deleted lab data reappears

This issue occurs regardless of removing all lab data or a single entry on this case
