Disappearing Fields on Transfer Details Screen

When trying to add an item to a transfer in Input status, select at first 'Item List' option, Cancel and then select again' Add', the input fields for Item option are not present.
As a workaround, user can select Item Parent or Item Parent/Diff from the drop-down, and the input fields will be displayed again, also for Item option.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to RMS Application.
- Go to Tasks -> Inventory -> Transfers -> Manage Transfers.
- Search for any transfer with status 'Input'.
- Edit selected transfer.
- Go to Details.
- Add new Item.
- Select Item List as type.
- Click Cancel.
- Try adding new Item again.
