Pin_deposit Is Not Performing The Settlement For The Open Payment Authorization (Doc ID 2541546.1)

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), version, Payments

Account is having payment authorization but its not getting settled by the pin_deposit.
This is the usual process flow but the issue happening for most of the accounts for which bill now had not happened on the next day instead it ran on 6 days later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. During the signup, payment auth happens and charges gets applied. For example $10
2. Next day, run the bill now and the charges gets billed and pin_deposit run and settles the amount.
