Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to add new role to a policy

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ability to add a client.

STEPS
-----------------------
Went to role screen on existing policy
Clicked on New Client
Selected Role = Collateral Assignee
updated the client detail fields
clicked add

Nothing happened - client was never added

Both IE and Chrome with the same results

Tried adding an Additional Insured and received the same results

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add / updates clients on several policies everyday
