When user tries to cancel checkout the ownership of the design, or try to load a attachment to the design in Agile through MCAD connector, below error occurs:

Error

unknown number: object does not exist

Steps

The issue is reproducible with the following steps:
1. User1 has taken over the ownership rights to the assembly assembly.SLDASM and loaded it into CAD (only for viewing)
2. User2 has taken over the ownership of the designs design1.SLDASM and design2.SLDASM (included configurations of the assembly)
3. User1 tries to cancel checkout the ownership rights for the design (design1) in Agile, but gets an error ("unknown number: object does not exist" [or "object not found"]).
4. User1 opens the Workspace Manager via SolidWorks, selects the assembly file and clicks "cancel checkout" here. Gets the same error message in a window as in Agile.
5. User1 now wants to verify in Agile whether the process did work. The design item of the assembly file has completely disappeared
