Create One Balance For Each Service And Billinfo In Pin_cmt (Doc ID 2542009.1)

Goal

Scenario:

One is trying to migrate multiple services with multiple billinfo and also balance group for a single account(like below) but one expecting  bal_grp_obj_id0 of service_t should be same as bal_grp_obj_id0 of billinfo_t.

But currently after migrating this is not happening.

BILLINFO1 -> SERVICE1 -> BALANCE1
BILLINFO2 -> SERVICE2 -> BALANCE2
BILLINFO3 -> SERVICE3 -> BALANCE3
