Using: Instant Messaging Server 10u1-04.42 (10.0.1.4.0)
A small number of users have issues where their Chat client disconnects because it has not received a ping response within its 30 second timeout.
The client sends a ping after 60 seconds of no activity. If it doesn’t receive a response within 30 seconds after the ping, it disconnects.
How can we enable debug on certain users to log the full XMPP protocol, session start to finish?
