Symptoms

Outage on RDC for external users who are getting below error while connecting to RDC:

"JBO-26026: Error while opening JDBC Connection"

Middle Tier failed to connect to the database at the time when the issue occurred -> showing below error in the OpaServer1 logs:

"JBO-26061: Error while opening JDBC connection"
