Argus Interchange Service was unresponsive to picking up xml even when in a running state
Although the Argus Interchange services were running fine, still the xmls did not transfer to the EDI folder.
However after restarting the Argus Interchange Services, the xmls were picked up and appeared in the EDI Folder normally.
