Access Denied: Authorization Required After Upgrading AutoVue for Agile PLM to 21.0.2

After applying Agile 22.214.171.124 and upgrading AutoVue for Agile PLM to 21.0.2, below error occurs when clicking on attachment file, and AutoVue client window fails to open
The issue is not reproducible with Agile 126.96.36.199 + AutoVue for Agile PLM 21.0.2 environment in Oracle support
This issue can be reproduced by following below steps:
1. Apply Agile 188.8.131.52
2. Upgrade AutoVue for Agile PLM to 21.0.2
3. Login to Web Client, and View file
