Unable save ODI details due to "ORA-12899: value too large for column FSI_ODI_SETTING.ODI_PASSWORD" (Doc ID 2542941.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.6 version,

When attempting to save ODI details from Settings screen,
the following error occurs in DIH.log

ERROR
-----------------------
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "FSDFATM"."FSI_ODI_SETTING"."ODI_PASSWORD" (actual: 44, maximum: 30)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try saving ODI details in DIH 806 environment after upgrading other applications above 806.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save ODI details.
