Symptoms

In E2B R3 EMA profile, D.1 (Patient Initials) transmit logic is not working as expected when Null Flavor UNK is entered and Protect Confidentiality Check box checked

Null Flavor is not being transmitted if confidentiality checkbox is used which is not as per the E2B R3 Mapping Document
