'Forgot Password' Option Shows Incorrect Security Questions When Resetting a Password (Doc ID 2543427.1)

When using the Forgot Password option to reset a password, the security questions previously selected and answered by the user are not displayed; instead different questions are shown.


The user should be offered the secret questions that they had previously chosen and answered.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Click the Forgot Password link, enter the user name and email, then click Continue.
  2. Note the reported issue.
