RTV Is Cancelled at RMS for a Shipment Which Is in In-Progress in SIM (Doc ID 2543762.1)

Symptoms

Deleting the Last item in the RTV (Return To Vendor) will close the shipment in RMS (Retail Merchandising System), But in SIM (Store Inventory Management), the RTV is still in In-Progress status.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Creates a new RTV shipment.
2. Click Create Container button.
3. Click Add Item button and add an item and enter Quantity as 1.
4. Click Save button.

Note the following
- RTVCre message with unit qty 1 was sent to RMS.
- Container moves to In-Progress status.
- In RMS, the RTV_HEAD.STATUS_IND = 12.

5. Open the RTV and open the container created in step (2).
6. Make sure no item is selected, and then click Delete button.
7. Click Yes button to message "Are you sure you want to delete the container?".

Note the following
- RTVCre message with unit qty -1 was sent to RMS.
- Container moves to canceled status in SIM.
- RTV is in "In Shipping" status in SIM.
- RTV shipment is in "In Progress" status in SIM.
- In RMS, the RTV_HEAD.STATUS_IND = 20.

8. Open the RTV and create a new container.
9. Click Add Item button and add an item and enter Quantity as 1.
10. Click Save button.
11. Check the RIB RTV_sub_1.rib.log and notice that the RTVCre message fails with the following error;
