Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
Symptoms
In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAA), for Data Entry Forms and Queries > Excel Upload, the following error appears in place of the Excel spreadsheet details:
Invalid request / Error while processing request.
Please contact your System Administrator for more information.
You expect the spreadsheet details to load to the screen.
The error occurs in two places:
Excel-Entity Mappings > Excel-Entity Mapping Definition(Add Mode) screen when clicking on the arrow button:
Excel Upload when clicking on the arrow button:
As a result, you cannot upload data from Excel Spreadsheets.
Note: Errors related to Excel Upload user interface issues are most often output to the Weblogic / Tomcat / Websphere nohup.out or the web server-specific logs.
