Save Button Is Not Disabled Even After Saving The Changes In User Screen (Doc ID 2543906.1)

Goal

On : 2.6.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

The 'Save' button is not disabled even after saving the changes in User Screen and after an approval is created.

A User can click on the 'Save' button many times after saving the information.

Even after getting an Approval Transaction ID generated for any modifications made, the system is still throwing 'Unsaved Changes Error' when User is trying to move on to different Screen.

We want to know what is so different about this window. Is this behavior consistent across all ORMB screens?
