BRM Deployment Issue During Live Migration (Doc ID 2543990.1)

Symptoms

On 4th Apr, user migrated accounts to Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Schema 7 for Billing Day of Month (DOM) 4 with batch_id 711499744174 & 711508042323.

After successful completion of load, user executed BRM deployment by invoking "nohup ./pin_cmt -deploy ${DOM} ${brm_stage_id} >> brm_deploy_${brm_schema}_${mydate}_${mydatetime}.log" .
The deployment was successful. Post BRM deployment execution, deploy_status was updated to 1 from 0 for all the entries in cmt_reference_t.
 
The activity should have updated the POID_DB in every table for the migrated customers to 7 but entries in PAYINFO_T and BAL_GRP_T table remained 15.
 
User performed deployment just after 00:01 Hrs and the process has not logged anything to cm_b_07.pinlog between 00:00 to 00:43 Hrs.
User could not find any updates in the cmt logs  (...apps/cmt/cmt.pinlog and “.../var/cmt/cmt.pinlog).

Below error is seen in cm.pinlog around the same time.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. BRM deployment by invoking "nohup ./pin_cmt -deploy ${DOM} ${brm_stage_id} >> brm_deploy_${brm_schema}_${mydate}_${mydatetime}.log"
