Pin_cmt Hanging When Migrating Balances And Having Multiple Accounts In Input Xml File

Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.21.0 version,
When running pin_cmt utility with input xml file for migrating Balance and the contains more than one subscription accounts, then it is hanging while running the command "./pin_cmt -import -file my_balances.xml 8874", and also reports following null pointer exception:
No error is returned when input files have only one account, and pin_cmt is not hanging in this scenario.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

pin_cmt should not hang when running with input xml files containing more than one account
