Extra Jeopardy(s) Generated When Organization is not Populated for an Order Jeopardy (Doc ID 2544258.1)

Symptoms

The application is creating invalid Task Jeopardy records when the user neglects to specify the Organization when creating the Jeopardy.


Recreation:
1. Set the Preference 'Jeopardy Code Organization Type' to some organization type.
2. Add a Jeopardy Code to an order without choosing organization code and receive the error "Organization Code and Jeopardy Code must be populated before you can save or assign any escalations "
3. Click OK to the message and choose the organization now and click OK.
4. Now duplicate jeopardy codes would be created in the TASK_JEOPARDY_WHYMISS table.
