TRANSFORM DATA Batch Fails with No Messages in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG and No Batch Log Files (Doc ID 2544314.1)

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications, when running a Batch with a Component ID = TRANSFORM DATA, the batch fails.

There are no messages output to FSI_MESSAGE_LOG for the batch.

There are no logs created in $FIC_DB_HOM/log/date (prior to 806) or /<ftpshare>/logs/<MIS Date>/<Infodom>/TRANSFORM DATA (806 and later).

The Batch Monitor > Event Log only shows [10105] Failed.

You do not understand why the Batch fails.
