Qn1:One of the Argus built-in auto-archive functionality requirement is mentioned below.

No pending reports should exists for the case to satisfy for auto-archiving (all reports must be submitted or marked required for non-submission)

A) What should be the state_id in the cmn_reg_reports table when a single report is marked for non-submission.
B) When "Marked Multiple for Non-Submission" is selected for multiple reports for marking them as non-Submission from worklist > Reports. what should the state_id value in the table cmn_reg_reports.
C) When Auto-Archive Functionality is used, how does system determines whether a report is marked for non-submission from cmn_reg_reports table.
D) What are the Exact steps that we should perform in Argus application for single & Multiple reports required for non-submission(In bulk reports are marked for non-submission).

 
Qn2:Can you confirm state_id = 8 - No Longer Required.( Is it considered as submission not required ? if not why it is used ?)
