ILM Crawler Batches Doesn't Consider Batch Business Date, It Is Considering System Date (Doc ID 2544811.1)

Goal

In all the ILM crawler batches, cut-off date is decided after subtracting the System Date from retention days. So even if we run the batch with a future date as batch business date, it is not picking up records. Why is that?
