On : version, General

Following an upgrade from v10.2.0.20i to v11.2.0.8, there appears to be numerous screens whereby the English-French TranslationValue is not being applied correctly.
- In Advance PolicySearch
- Policy Summary at Contract level
- Inquiries title and tabs
- Inquiries at Contract level

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set a translation key.
2. Log into the Rules Application and set a translation for it.
3. Reboot.
4. Log into the OIPA UI and review the translation.
