Inquiry Screen Missing OK Button (Doc ID 2544852.1)

On : version, Client

Within the Inquiry Screen if the users chooses the Inquiry Type Company, the OK button is present.
If the user navigates to the Inquiry Type Client then navigates back to the Inquiry Type Company, the OK button is no longer available.

When at the Company level, the OK Button should always present.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Within the Main screen, select the Inquiry (between Home and Admin)
2. By default, the Inquiry Type is Company and the Inquiry Name is Manual Reviews. The OK button is present.
3. Update the inquiry Type to Client. The OK button disappears.
