DMW To InForm Connection Fails With "Unable to authenticate the requested user DMW_AUTH" (Doc ID 2545261.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to test the web connection from DMW admin page or trying to login in InForm,
the following error occurs: "Unable to authenticate the requested user DMW_AUTH".

The issue can be reproduced as follows:

1. Test the web connection to InForm from DMW
2. Try to log in to InForm with DMW_AUTH

Changes

User is testing DMW to InForm connection.
