Symptoms
On : 3.18.3.0.0 version, Integration Points
While uploading a fee schedule through the fee schedule IP, we get an error telling us that an ELEMENT_ID is mandatory. However, this error relates to the fact it cannot insert an error message into the error table, thereby hiding the real issue with the fee schedule. Furthermore, once this error occurs it seems that any subsequent operations on the same fee schedule through the fee schedule IP results in the same error with the ELEMENT_ID.
This error is occurring when trying to update a fee schedule through the fee schedule IP.
