Symptoms

Discount termination is failing in Billing Care.

1. User clicks on Terminate Products/Discounts.
2. The error mentioned is then displayed even when user has not clicked on the checkbox yet nor clicked on Terminate yet.
3. After selecting the checkbox and clicking on Terminate, the termination is successful.

Error first time is not expected.
