ReSA Does Not Validate SALE Transactions For The Item Records (Doc ID 2546353.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Sales Audit 16.0.1,ReSA does not validate SALE transactions for the item records.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create an RTLOG with with no items and TTEND record is 0.00.
2. Process the RTLOG into ReSA by running saimptlogi for said file created.
3. Check table sa_error for any errors for store, day and store_day_seq_no. No errors are returned.
