New Business Calculation Appears to Incorrectly Multiply F700 Input by the Number of Entity Dimension Members (Doc ID 2546430.1)

Have input a value of 2,000,000 in the F700 member where F702 is set to "New Add". The calculation creates a value in F340 of 40,124,000,000, which is exactly the value in F700 multiplied by 20,062 - which happens to be the number of members in the Entity dimension. It does this for all forecast months for all tested product/entity intersections.

Using the out-of-the-box Financial Plan Default form with the out-of-the-box business rules. Why is this occurring?  This was previously working?
