Symptoms

On OFSAAI 8.0.6.1, when editing existing sequential Simplified Batch (pre-existing prior to upgrade to 8061), the rules selected do not reorder the parent tasks appropriately after deleting a task.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After deleting a rule from a sequential simplified batch, the batch_task_precedence_master table does not properly update the V_PARENT_TASK_ID column.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
If updating a sequential simplified batch, expect the v_parent_task_id (precedence - parent) to be updated accordingly if a task / rule is deleted from the batch.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit upgraded sequential simplified batch
2. Delete a rule from the batch and Save
3. Check the BATCH_TASK_PRECEDENCE_MASTER table and find that the V_PARENT_TASK_ID is not properly update.

select * from batch_task_precedence_master where v_batch_id like '<%simplified_batch%>' ORDER BY V_TASK_ID;
