Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing 6.1.1 Upgrade Fails With Unique Constraint Errors (Doc ID 2546979.1)

When upgrading FTP to 611 from 61 with OFSAAI 735. FTP 61 and PFT 61 and functional with OFSAAI 735.

There are many errors in the logs referring the unique constraint violations:
