Interest Rate Code (IRC)

On FTP 8.0.7 version, In the rule, using spread from interest rate code, the assignment date using last repricing date not working.
The generated Transfer Rates for Spread from Interest Rate Cd for Assignment Date = Last Repricing Date versus As Of Date are the same.
Variable loans, last repricing date could be any dates in the month. Using as of date, the result will be the last day of the month (process monthly), but would like to see different rates during the month. Using last repricing date as assignment date suggested on the user guide on page 275, the result making no sense.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run TP process with TP Method defined as Spread from Interest Rate Code with Assignment Date = Last Repricing Date
2. Check generated Transfer Rate
3. Run TP process with TP Method defined as Spread from Interest Rate Code with Assignment Date = As Of Date
4. Check generated Transfer Rate
