On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 184.108.40.206.0, the cancellation of products through OP_SUBSCRIPTION_CANCEL_PRODUCT fails with missing GRANTOR_OBJ:

1. Purchase X product from Siebel
2. Upgrade from X to Y product through Siebel
3. During orchestration through Order to Cash (O2C), cancellation of old products are triggered using "PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_CANCEL_PRODUCT", and this fails in BRM with missing GRANTOR_OBJ error.
