User Interface Performance Issue With The Feature Configuration Portal In Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) V2.6.0.1 (Doc ID 2548110.1)

Using the Feature Configuration portal in ORMB as the configuration area to mark a transaction code if that transaction is to be chargeable or not chargeable during commission calculation.

With about 998 transaction codes and each of those has been configured as a Lookup value in order for it to be available as an Option Value (drop down item) from the Feature Configuration portal, and then the Feature Configuration value will just be 'Y' or 'N' on each Option Value to denote if the transaction is to be chargeable or not chargeable.

The problem comes when the user interface for this Feature Configuration is viewed in ORMB, the page cannot render or load the entire page, this might be due to the huge volume of data in the Option Value drop down, and thus it is not possible for a user to configure these transaction charging flag settings the front end.

How can this user interface performance problem be solved? Are there any alternatives in ORMB where we can apply the same configuration area requirement.
