Symptoms

On OFSAA 8.0.7 when trying to access batch logs on the UI, an error message appears.

ERROR
[208846] No records found for the selected search criteria



This was never working on this cloned instance from development. It appears that the actual logs are getting generated to the ftpshare directory.

Same message appears when attempting to view logs from Common Object Maintenance -> Operations -> Execution View Logs

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
• Navigate to batch monitoring
• select Dimension batch (search for Dim in the description)
• select 12/31/2019 and then select the latest batch
• Pick one of the successful task and view the log
• A popup appears with an error.
