Invoking API for Instantis is Not Working and Receiving HTTP Error Code : 400 or 200 (Doc ID 2548267.1)

Symptoms

When developing a product for integration with Instantis, opening a session in a browser, using the session information in a program outside of Instantis, attempting to submit an API, receiving an error.

First URL response code --------->    :   200

10.2 Successful 2xx
This class of status code indicates that the client's request was successfully received, understood, and accepted.

10.2.1 200 OK
The request has succeeded. The information returned with the response is dependent on the method used in the request, for example:
GET an entity corresponding to the requested resource is sent in the response;
HEAD the entity-header fields corresponding to the requested resource are sent in the response without any message-body;
POST an entity describing or containing the result of the action;
TRACE an entity containing the request message as received by the end server.

ERROR
java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed : HTTP error code : 400

STEPS
Step1: get Login Session using below URL (succeed until here)
Step2: Use this session
